The production of aluminate cement CA 50 had been commissioned in 2004, with annual capacity over 100,000 tons, equipped with two 2.2×50m rotary kilns production lines controlled by DCS distributed control system, automatic mixing system controlled by micro-computer for raw materials, 2 sets of 2.4×10m close-circuit high efficient ultrafine ball mills. The cement is stored respectively in 6 warehouses and homogenized before delivery. Automatic and programme control,digital production line,all these guarantee the consistency of product performance.

Calcium aluminate cement is made from industrial alumina and high purity lime processed in rotary kiln and super fine grinding system with annual capacity of 20,000 tons. This production line is equipped with one 1.8/2.2×47m rotary kiln,DCS automatic control system,and multiple homogenizing processes for raw material and clinker,achieving precise batching, stable calcination. By adopting ultrafine ball mill for grinding system equipped with high efficient seperator and advanced laser particle size analyzer,the performance of calcium aluminate cement is constantly optimized.
