Aluminate Cement A600 

Feature: Short hardening time and centralized heat release

Mainly used to produce:traditional high and mid cement castables, such as alkali-resistant castables, high alumina castables and slag-stopping ball.

Aluminate Cement A700

Feature: produced by premium raw material, less impurity content, stable setting and hardening properties, rapid strength development and superior mechanical strength

Mainly used to produce: Medium and low cement castables

Feature:produced by premium bauxite and high pure limestone, low impurities, excellent resistance to high temperature, stable hardening property, better fluidity, outstanding workability,rapid strength development and ultrahigh mechanical strength.

Mainly used to produce:Low cement castables and ultra-low cement castables

Feature:CA50R is a kind of specially formulated aluminate cement using high quality materials,with resistance to high temperature property between A700 and A900,having a short setting time and rapid strength developed even at low temperature,with the compressive strength of 6h over 30MPa,and having a great adaptability to environment temperature changes, especially construction and urgent repair in winter.

Warning:

1. Cannot be mixed with portland cement, lime and other materials that can separate calcium hydroxide out; Make sure the mixer is clean before operation

2. Chose water with PH around 7

3. away from alkali solution

4. Test before using water reducing agent

5. Choose aggregates with low impurities before blend

6. Separated with other cements in transportation
