Produced by industrial alumina and high purity burnt lime from advanced rotary kiln sintering process and high fine grinding system with reasonable design of cement phase and accurate control of sintering process and particle size distribution, calcium aluminate cement has good workability, excellent performance at high temperature and maximum consistency.
CA70 and CA70W do not contain any additives and ɑ-Al2O3. CA70 has moderate setting times and strength development; while CA70W has short setting times and higher early strength fitting for low temperature environment especially for wintertime and other urgent occasion such as rapid installation or emergency maintenance etc.
CA70S has good fluidity and long workable time; the castables made by this product have good workability and excellent mechanical strength, especially fit for being used in high temperature environment or hot summer.
CA71 does not contain any additives and ɑ-Al2O3,with higher alumina content,lower demand for water, excellent flowability, and high strength development,is quite suitable for low cement castables, low moisture castable& ultra-low cement castables.
