CA75 series are customized products meeting the particular compound design demand. Its performance is between the CA70 and CA80. CA75 has short setting times while CA75S has better fluidity and a longer workable time.
As a high purity product, CA80 contains over 78% of alumina, better for early strength and residual strength at intermediate temperatures.It can be used in the refractory industry in conventional and low cement castables which require high refractoriness under load, excellent slag resistance and mechanical shock resistance ,and can be used in temperature of 1800℃. With little impurity content of Fe and Si, CA80 has better anti-reduction capacity.
CA80S has good fluidity, long workable time and low water demand, can be used to produce castables of good workability and excellent mechanical strength property without any additives especially adopted in summer (this kind of high temperature environment) and other special occasions.

Product package should be kept intact with storage under the condition of relatively dry environment.
Shelf life: 6 months. If in good condition, the shelf life can be expanded to 1 year.
