product lines, an annual production scale of CA50 series aluminate cement of 300,000 tons, and an annual production scale of high purity calcium aluminate cement series products of 20,000 tons. The raw material system adopts advanced vertical mill equipment, the rotary kiln adopts advanced new dry process technology, and the cement grinding adopts 4 sets of advanced closed-circuit high-efficiency and high-fineness ball milling systems.

The production system adopts DCS distributed control system and microcomputer automatic batching system, and ensures the homogeneity and stability of product quality through the multi-storage and multi-matching homogenization process throughout the whole production process, achieving continuous optimization of cement performances.

The four modern rotary kiln production lines achieve full automation, programmed control, and digital cement production to ensure stable quality. With intelligent and flexible design, it takes into account both mass production and customized customer demand, creating a top-tier product manufacturing platform in the industry.
